Kelly built her career inside the rooms where deals get done — leading sales strategy and teams for some of the UK's most demanding retailers and B2B operators, including Asda-Walmart, Superdrug and Tesco. She founded The Sales Office Consulting & Co. to bring that operational rigour to founders who'd outgrown their original sales engine.

She co-founded Women Who Lead & Scale because she saw the same pattern again and again: brilliant founders capped not by their offer, but by a sales structure that ran through them personally. The fix wasn't more hustle. It was architecture.
