Aliya started her career as a commercial lawyer, advising founders and boards through three decades of structural change. What she saw across hundreds of deals wasn't a talent gap — it was a structure gap. The frameworks women were handed weren't designed with their lives, their leadership, or their values in mind.
Pattern recognition became her work. Across industries, the female founders building the most resilient businesses weren't grinding harder — they were thinking differently about leverage, positioning and the architecture of their revenue.
She founded Women Who Lead & Scale to make those patterns visible — and to build the platform, network and structural support that female founders deserve. Today she works with founders of expertise-based service businesses scaling from £200K to £2M+ who refuse to do it the old way.
